12:41:04 <@Byte> ircawp: hello
12:41:04 <+ircawp> Byte: You can do that it becomes hello kitty skinned. And it's literally easier than replacing a nokia
faceplate on your phone. It's really, really straightforward.
ircawp is an [eggdrop] module (obviously written in C) that uses a stripped down version of the console MegaHAL, the latest version available on Source Forge (NOT the version from Alioth!). The module is original, but nothing more than a wrapper that provides the neccesary functions required to interact with the eggdrop's internals, and #include "hutchens.c" is about the size of it (mainly to avoid people complaining that the Make files that came with it didn't work with their eggdrop version.)
This version unlike some others has built-in partyline commands that will set the bot to either:
And unlike other versions, these commands are global and cannot be set for each individual channel.
ircawp does rudimentary filtering of input which is much less strict now than it used to be. That code is not optimized at all. Support for adding dynamic banned words is inactive (and possibly removed) because of errors I didn't feel like spending time fixing (like a crash from removing a banned word from an empty list.)
Because it includes the MegaHAL source code, the module is OSS via the GPL's viral nature. Source can be obtained at request here: pwtenny@gmail.com
