tehh4x: OpenID

Identification

Any user with a valid wiki ID can identify with their OpenID. Users currently logged into the wiki can be identified without any prompting.

The server will always reply with the following sreg details:

nickname (wiki username setting)
gamesurge.account (only accurate at the time the user identified with tehh6x)
irth.access (0 if no access)

I suggest a low timeout of 20 minutes before re-authentication since this is how long it will take tehh6x to notice someone has lost access.
