Raymond "Rayeh" Dubisky is an extremely irritating and mildly malicious user. Nothing said by this user can be taken at face value, it is usually a misguided attempt at being "funny" or "interesting". At best "Rayeh" will end up permanently banned for stupidity, obnoxiousness, and everything else.
